Target Audience: For all age groups. You can take Khadirarishta with Kerala Ayurveda Manjishtadi Kwath (15 ml kwath with 20 ml Khadirarishta in 60 ml of lukewarm water twice a day, after food). If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with arishta and avoid taking it at night. Arishta is not suitable for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
