Ingredients : (Khaman Dhokla Instant Mix & Baking Powder Sachet) - Gram Flour, Sugar, Semolina, Raising agent (INS 500 (ii)), Acidity regulators (INS 330 & INS 262 (i)), Edible common salt and Turmeric.

Cooking instructions - take entire contents in a vessel after removing the baking powder sachet given inside
Add 1 cup (200 ml) water, 2 tbsp oil (25ml) in to khaman dhokla instant mix to prepare smooth batter. Keep this batter aside for 2-3 min
Take the contents of baking powder sachet in a quarter cup (about 50ml) of water mix well and add to the batter. Immediately stir the batter
Immediately pour batter in to dhokla thali or tray greased with oil
Steam on high flame for 15 minutes. If pressure cooker is used do not apply weight/whistle. Remove & allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut in to 4 -5 cm cubes
For vaghar: heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1tsp mustard seed when mustard crackles add 2 chopped green chilli, ? tsp sesame seed and percent of hing
Stop heating. Add 1 tsp sugar & 4 -5 tbsp water. Bring to boil & pour evenly on dhokla
Garnish with fresh grated coconut & chopped green coriander leaves
