- ABOUT: Iron Kettle is a platform for small tea growers in India and Nepal. We work with them to improve leaf quality and the leaves we source have a 70% or higher fine leaf count, our quality benchmark.
- FARMER: This tea comes from the small tea growers in Nepal. Tea is a primary source of livelihood, and we work closely to help them earn better for higher quality leaves.
- TEA: This is an aromatic and sweet tea, made from leaves harvested from flavourful chinary clones, and gently roasted.
- TASTE: A mellow floral aroma of spring teas, with the sweetness and body of a summer or autumn tea. Roasting produces a underlying nuttiness which makes it especially memorable.
- STEEPING GUIDE: Use 1 Teabag per 110ml of water. Water should be at 95C. Pour water over tea and steep for 5 minutes. Best drunk plain. Steep the leaves atleast twice.
