This meticulously designed system energizes (single phase up to 2 HP) pump motor as soon as water level in overhead tank goes below the programmed/pre-fixed/pre-set point, and switches off the motor immediately when overhead tank fully fills up. It also switches off the pump motor when water finishes in the lower tank. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor. The system also has the option for starting the pump motor manually with one soft touch/press button, before the water level in the overhead tank reaches the prefixed/programmed level for automatic switching on but, it will switch off the said motor automatically as soon as the overhead water tank fully fills up. However, this function will not activate pump motor if there is sufficient quantity of water in overhead tank. The said quantity of water for using this option may vary according to the setting/adjustment of sensor for switch on & off levels in overhead tank.This way the system helps in storing maximum quantity of water (in both tanks) when there is limited period (timing) of fresh water supply available. The system, in strong shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance free sensors which sense water levels in the tanks without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions or corrosion/oxidation to these sensors. NOTE: WIRE FOR CONNECTING CONTROLLER WITH TANK SENSOR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. PLEASE USE BRANDED .5 MM (3 CORE) WIRE FOR THE SAID CONNECTIONS & DISTANCE FROM CONTROLLER TO TANK SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 200 METERS. CAUTION: Its a 220 (AC) volt device, must be installed by a trained Electrician only.
