This will keep your sticky-gel ready for the next use. How long should I chill PANCAKES? For best results chill PANCAKES cold pack for at least 30 minutes in the freezer. If chilled for longer than 4 hours, allow the PANCAKES cold pack to sit for several minutes until desired temperature is achieved before applying to skin. How long should I keep PANCAKES applied? Maximum recommended cold therapy session should not exceed 10 minutes. We recommend starting with 1 minute and Slowly increase chill & application times. Always wait at least 30 minutes between sessions. Will PANCAKES leave any residue on my skin? No, it shouldn?t. There?s no ?tape,? so there should be no residual residue once removed.
