Celltreat Bottle-Top Filters are manufactured in a Class 100,000 clean room, from USP class VI virgin polystyrene. The filter membrane is Polyethersulfone (PES) material in 0.22 ?m or 0.45 ?m pore sizes for rapid flow rate and low protein binding. The angled hose barb adapter fits 3 size hose diameters and increases unit stability. These filters will fit on Celltreat solution bottles or other standard 45mm threaded solution storage bottles (not included). Available in 150, 250, 500 or 1000mL capacities with graduations marks for easy measuring. Supplied sterile; each case of product includes a Quality Certificate that includes part number, lot number, sterility assurance level and dosage, endotoxin/pyrogen free assurance, non-cytotoxicity assurance and RNAse/DNAse-free assurance.
