Nano Filtration Membrane (NF Membrane), 100 GPD, TFC, Dry, ISO certified 9001:2015 & BARC licensed product, pore size is 0.001 micron, flux rate up to 24 ltrs/hr, rejection rate between 40% to 50% (depends on inlet pressure) and maintains TDS in resultant water between 40% to 50% naturally. The membrane is suitable for feed water having TDS between 200 ppm to 350 ppm. As per WHO, BIS and EPA, the drinking water TDS between 100 ppm to 300 ppm remain in excellent condition. Water taste heaviness/hardness increases proportionately due to minerals. The water taste will not be like low mineral water or normal bottle packed water due to TDS. After using the membrane, no need to use TDS Adjuster/Controller that allows impurities back in drinking water like arsenic, pesticides, lead, fluoride, bromide etc. Please note water born microbes and virus sizes lies between of 0.27 micron to 5 micron and the membrane pore size is 0.001 micron that ensures 100% elimination of germs/virus, herbicides, pesticides, toxicity, fluoride, cyanide, arsenic etc from drinking water and flushes those impurities through rejected water. KNL sediment filter (5 micron absolute) is made from sediment cloth and polypropylene combinations of two layers; the two ends of wound string have been sealed properly to ensure the elimination of all micro particles. Activated carbon block filter 1000 IV having very high absorption rate of pesticide, herbicides, chlorine, harmful impurities and other toxic elements and therefore absorbs all the harmful chemical and impurities from drinking water and supply chlorine free water to membrane and therefore TFC membrane life enhances. After installation, please flush 20 ltrs purified water and then check the TDS.

KNL sediment filter cartridge 5 micron absolute made of polypropylene & fine sediment cloths. Polypropylene is resistant to bacteria and inhibits the growth. The sediment filter captures sediment particles like sand, clay, colour, dirt etc from raw inlet water & then supplies clean water to carbon filter & membrane.
KNL Activated carbon block filter 1000 IV, having high absorption rate of herbicides, toxicity, pesticides, chlorine and other impurities. Activated carbon is made on high temperature by passing esteem & then converted to block filter. The cartridge will not release black water initially like other normal filter.
The NF membrane designed for soft/corporation water considering the alternative of TDS adjuster/controller that allows impurities back in drinking water if the raw water contains fluoride, bromide, pesticide and other harmful chemicals. No need to use TDS adjuster but 100% water passes through the membrane and hence no need of UV too. The membrane flushes all impurities through rejected water.
The water taste varies with minerals contents and therefore user may experience heaviness while drinking with more TDS water.
