• The cookie. White sesame seeds, when lightly roasted to golden brown, create a nutty sesame flavour. Which makes this crunchy, light, & salty biscuit come alive. The honey contrasts the salt, the butter makes the biscuit crumbly & rich, & it is baked till lightly golden brown to give it the slightest crunch! The sesame biscuit is cut into thick rectangles at 2 inch x 1.25 inch, & absolutely perfect with a cup of tea any time of the day.
• The box. A box of sesame biscuits contains six pouches, & each pouch contains two sesame biscuits neatly packed .
• The ingredients. This is a sweet & salty biscuit made the way it should be: with lesser salt than all the market variants, butter only (not cheap palm oil), white & black roasted sesame seeds, & a contrast of honey! We wanted to build a biscuit which was salty, but balanced. We wanted to use roasted white & black seeds, & honey. We wanted to build a biscuit which would bake to light golden brown, have a crunch & crumble in your mouth! This is what we created!
