This is a Raw Honey. The moisture content of the honey is maintained naturally from the Raw honey. No processing is done. You can experience the original Mangrove floral essence and flavor.
The flavour and aroma of the honey comes from the nectar and pollen of the flowers collected by the bees. Raw honey is packed without heating. The natural pollens in the honey remain intact, which enriches the taste of the honey.
