• Instructions Indirect Method 1) Remove grill and open all grill vents. 2) Place 4 cubes on charcoal grate, on each side of the grill. 3) Pile briquets on top of lighter cubes, with corner of cubes showing. 4) Ignite cubes, (Leave lid off and vents, open) 5) Let charcoal burn 25-30 minutes, until briquets are ashed over, before cooking food. 6) Centre drip pan on lower grate. 7) Place food on cooking grate, directly over drip pan.
