• Green Verticill is known as \"white-halo\" fungus because of the white mycelial growth on the edges of infected scale insects.
• The white halo fungus is found effective against several species of sucking insects especially aphids, thrips, soft bodied scale insects white flies, mealy bugs and mites.
• It can be combined with various insecticides to obtain effective control.It kills the insects quickly and afterwards white fungal matter colonises the cadaver and fresh spores are produced.
• Mix 10ml of verticill in one litre of water (1%) and spray over both sides of the foliage preferably during evening hours. If necessary, repeat the spray after 10-15 days
• Fruit Crops: Grapes, Guava, Sapota, Citrus, Mango, Pomegranate, Custard Apple, Coconut etc. Field crops: Cotton, Paddy, Sorghum, Sunflower, Groundnut, Potato, Mustard, Cumin etc. Vegetable crops: Tomato, Chilly, Brinjal, Onion, Lady's Finger etc. Plantation Crops: Cardamom, Tea, coffee, Floriculture.
