We work solely with alpaca wool and take pride in brining you our finest creations, made to the highest standards and in a way that is fully conscious, environmental & sustainable.
• WARMER & LIGHTER: Alpaca wool is lighter and provides more warmth than traditional sheeps wool. Unlike sheeps wool, alpaca fiber has microscopic air pockets that make it light and breathable, yet extremely insulating, keeping your body warm and dry in any type of cool or cold climate. Naturally flame-retardant, without the addition of chemicals and completely sheeps wool-free, it is hypoallergenic and safe for everyone to enjoy.
• NO LANOLIN, NO ITCH: Alpaca creates a unique wool that is completely hypoallergenic. Sheeps wool gets its itchiness from rough scales on the outside of each hair and many find their skin reacts to the lanolin. Alpaca Fiber is smooth and lanolin free, never causing a reaction.
• ETHICALLY & SUSTAINABLY SOURCED: All of our Alpaca wool is ethically sourced from small farmers. These animals live at around 14,000 feet elevation in the Andes mountain range. Alpacas have an exceptionally low environmental impact leaving terrain intact. Being lanolin free, they require no environmentally harmful chemicals to process their wool into yarn protecting both you and the environment.
