  • Heat Saffola oil in a pan. Add some chopped onions and garlic into it and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add button mushrooms in the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes

  • Cook the Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats as per the direction. Let them cool.
  • Heat Saffola active oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
  • Add carrot, capsicum, onion, salt to taste and black pepper powder and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep a spinach tortilla on a plate.
  • Spread some oats on top. Keep some vegetable filling in the centre and make a tight roll. Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
  • Pressure cooks all vegetables with a little salt and ? cup water. Switch off when hissing sound starts. Let pressure drop by itself.
  • Boil milk, add Saffola Peppy Tomato Oats and stir till thick. Add salt, pepper and tomato puree.
  • Add boiled vegetables to sauce and transfer to a baking dish. Preheat oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200?C. Grill for 5 minutes, if not browned.

  • Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat; add the garlic, red chillies, eggplants, salt to taste and saute the eggplants on low heat with the pan covered until soft and tender

  • Make caramelized onions by caramelizing them in Oil.
  • Now assemble the canape.First cut a slice from the loaf and then toast it. Now put a dollop of pepper oats and top it with shredded basil, cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and finally sea salt
  • Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside. Take a large bowl, mix all ingredients of marinade and make a thick paste. Add all chicken pieces in the marinade and coat them nicely. Cover with a cling film and keep it refrigerated for minimum one hour to soak in the flavours
  • After an hour bring out the chicken. Spread oats on a platter, coat the marinated chicken pieces with these oats and thread them on skewers alternating with onion slices
  • Now preheat your oven to and switch the knob to grill setting and set the temperature at 200 C. Place these skewers on wire mesh placed in middle rack space, do not forget to place drip tray in the bottom. It will not spoil the cavity of your oven and helps in easy maintenance
  • Chicken pieces start to turn golden brown in 10 minutes and let them grill 3 more minutes before switching off oven. Serve hot with green chutney and any healthy salad for a healthy meal

  • Pour oil to a pan and heat it. Add dry spices, onions and green chili. Fry until the onions turn golden
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off. Add chopped tomatoes, fry until softened, chili powder and masala powder, mint leaves and fry until the raw smell of tomatoes go off
  • Set the onion tomato mixture to a plate. Add bay leaf and soya granules and turmeric and salt
  • Cover and cook on a low heat till the soya is cooked. Add back the onion tomato mixture. Cook covered on a low flame till soya and onion tomato mixture blends well
  • This depends on the quantity of moisture left in the pan. To make dry keema curry, cook till all the moisture evaporates
  • To make Classic Masala Pesto oats add basil leaves, walnuts, garlic, parmesan cheese in a mixer jar and pulse
  • Add olive oil and grind to form a thick paste. Then add salt and give it a final pulse and empty the pesto paste into a jar
  • In a pan add Saffola Masala Oats Classic Masala, water, tomato puree and cook for 3 mins
  • Once the oats are cooked add the pesto paste and mix well
  • Classic masala pesto oats is ready
  • Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add finely chopped onion/spring onion and stir for a few minutes until they turn pink
  • Now add finely chopped vegetables and mix well. Take off heat, and stir in cucumber
  • In another pan cook two packets of Saffola classic masala oats as per the instructions given on the packet (Boil 3 cups of water and add Saffola classic masala oats and cook for 4-5 mins)
  • Stir the vegetables and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper into cooked oats. Stir in 1 teaspoon of Schezwan sauce
  • Taste and adjust seasoning
