• This adapter is to convert M.2 NGFF SSD with PCIe x4/ PCIe x2 slot to PCIe x1 slot of motherboard in PC, mainly used for the batch testing of firmware upgrading of SSD, or for emergency use when PCIe x4 some motherboards come with is not enough.
• This adapter card is from interface to interface, does not pass through any chip, and has no influence on the performance of the hard disk.
• This adapter card only supports SSD with M.2 NGFF interface transmitted by PCIe x4 protocol (SSD with only one gap) and by PCIe x2 protocol (SSD with two gaps).
• This product is inserted into the PCIe x4 3.0, PCIe x8 3.0 or PCIe x16 3.0 slot of the motherboard, namely the graphics card slot of the motherboard. Do not wrongly insert it into the PCI slot, as it may burn the adapter card and the motherboard.
• The installation of system must use the original Windows 10 installation disk. Windows 7 and PE systems do not support SSDs with NVE protocol because they do not have NVME drivers.
