- Why is it tin coated? We came up with this product for making dosas, got it tested by a food expert and it is completely safe to make dosas or pancakes on it without being worried about them sticking.
- Brass & copper being good conductors of heat, when used as cookware helps you save gas. They are a smart step towards sustainability.
- Things to remember before making that first dosa, Firstly make a basic chapati or paratha on it, then leave it overnight with some oil on it (preferably sesame oil) and in morning you shall have a seamless experience.
- Size in inches (LxBxH): 12x12 x 1 (roughly, can vary due to handcrafted)
- This product can be washed normally like other utensils. A day in an entire week can be kept for special cleaning incase needed. Pitambari powder, which is easily available in the market, can be applied to the products and rinsed off with water to give them a shiny look. Feel free to use household sour elements like a mixture of tamarind+salt or a mixture of wheat+vinegar/lime+salt, if pitambari is not available.
