Patented Spatula: This multi-functional plastic welder tool was honored an innovation patent on November 10, 2011, with patent number ZL201110354419.3 in China , it will be effective for 20 years. The spatula consists of copper electrode connection and brazing joint for copper electrode and stainless steel blade to reduce resistance, result in quick heating/cooling for high working efficiency. Without Stapler Repair: Insert then smooth the surface with spatula for crack and thin plastic material (does not need filler), Fig.2. Melting with filler then smooth the surface with spatula, Fig.3. Use stainless steel net and filler to repair big hole with spatula, Fig 4. Cutting tape and thread with the tip of spatula to avoid split problem, Fig 5
With Stapler Repair: By inserting different kinds of staplers to the copper rods to repair all types of cracks, Fig 6. Staples were made of 0.8 mm SUS 304 wire with core-cut leg, it is easy to shake off by hand. Fig7
