• These can be used for a variety of machining operations depending on the concentration of the emulsion, except for magnesium and its alloys. For high speed grinding applications, it is used at 2 to 4% concentration and for normal cutting operation at 5% concentration. Higher concentrations are used when better rust prevention is required
