It provides a soft, easy to stand on and warm perch so your birds can sleep well and feel safe and secure. This perch should be installed towards the top of the cage with just enough room for the bird to stand (do not place this or any other perch over a water or food dish unless you want poop-soup in the morning!) Small bolt-on roosting perch for small to medium sized birds. It has thick, lush bark that won't hurt your bird's feet. It is great for chewing and gnawing, which will keep your bird's beak shaped and conditioned. Each perch comes with electroplated fender washers and a wingnut to attach to your bird cage. This size bird perch is appropriate for Budgies, Cockatiels, Lovebirds, Conures and similarly sized birds. To install properly, place one fender washer on the bird perch, place the perch on the bird cage where desired, then put the other washer on the screw on the other side of the bar, followed by the wing-nut.
